Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (HCS) is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Customer Solutions, located primarily in Piscataway, NJ; consideration will be given for Cincinnati, OH.

Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.

As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Customer Solutions, you are responsible for:
• Leading the diagnostic assessment of the customer’s supply chain processes and practices to determine the appropriate SC solution Providing expert counsel to regional account management leadership teams
• Directly interfacing with customers to understand their Supply Chain needs
• Translating the customer needs into applicable solutions through leading and coordinating solution development activities with Account Leads and Supply Chain and Logistics professionals
• Development, deployment, strategy and maintenance of the CPFR / Vendor Managed Inventory programs
• Vendor relationship management as well as the people leadership and direction of the VMI program
• Developing and deploying Supply Chain performance metrics across the end to end contract to cash continuum and will establish improvement targets, track and trend performance and take appropriate action to meet business goals and objectives
• Developing SC Customer Solution strategy, staying current on industry trends and collaborating across multi-functional teams to develop new SC Customer Solutions that may be scaled across the US Region and potential to OUS regions in alignment with overall commercial and CLS strategic plan


Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, a focused degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience required
• Minimum of six (6) years of logistics experience preferred
• Experience in customer facing roles preferred
• People management or supervisory experience required
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Project management experience required; certification (such as PMP/FPX) is helpful
• Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate and experience working with cross functional teams required
• Knowledge of Finance, such as Accounts Receivable, Deduction Management, or Cash Applications and Collections preferred
• Medical Device sector/industry experience is helpful
• Required Location: Primarily located in Piscataway, NJ; considerations given for Cincinnati, OH
• Required Travel: 35-50% domestic travel (dependent on work location)
