The Senior Financial Analyst will:

• Assume the position of key contributor in the North America Blood Glucose Monitoring (BGM) Commercial Finance group and will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to the US BGM Commercial organization.
• Drive value to the US commercial business areas through business partnering, analytics and strategic thinking.
• Manage certain components of Gross to Net Sales as well as BME budgets (including all activities around forecasting, monthly closing and compliance).
• Closely partner with Sales and Marketing business partners on financial modeling of pricing proposals, marketing and rebate programs and other ad hoc projects.

Qualifications
  • A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance or accounting. 
  • A Minimum of two (2) years of finance or related business experience required.
  • MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel is required.
  • Demonstrates effectiveness in navigating a highly complex & matrix environment. 
  • Challenges the status quo; recommends and implements process improvements.
  • Communicates effectively in an international environment with different levels of a global organization.
  • Builds strong, productive relationships with other groups in the organization and demonstrates the ability to work with teams and individuals.

  • Possesses strong technical accounting and analytical skills, system’s literacy, and willingness to learn. 
  • Position is based in Wayne, PA.
