Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.
The Material Handler coordinates the filling of customer orders for medical Evaluation and Demonstration sets for Sales Representative and Hospitals. Ships sets, checks and cleans sets upon receipt from customer. Reports to Evaluations Supervisor & Sr. DC Leader. Works independently within established guidelines. Interfaces on a regular basis with materials, data processing, Customer Service Representatives, and other Distribution employees. Trains new and temporary employees as necessary. Works in a warehouse environment where temperatures may vary and quarters may be close. Light to moderate lifting is done on a very frequent basis (5 to 50 pounds). Use of ladder and forklift is required on an occasional basis. Carelessness or inattention to work may cause lost time injury to self or other employees. Environment is fast paced and demands attention to detail.
You will:
• Receive evaluation and demonstration sets of medical equipment from Sales Representatives and hospitals.
• Assemble and prepare sets for shipment according to indicated priority on order.
• Maintain accurate inventory level by following established inventory tracking methods and completing inventory transactions as necessary. Orders replacement parts as needed.
• Check and sanitize sets that have been returned through decontamination process.
• Ensure orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner.
• Miscellaneous cleanup of area.
• Time management/”bottleneck” prevention as well as identify areas for improvement.
• Stage sets for decontamination, operate decontamination equipment/processes and set receiving/set auditing and inspection.
• Input data into computer system.
• Ship Evaluation equipment, clear shipped orders and package Evaluation equipment.
• Perform other special projects or related duties as required. Helps out in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to the job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor, Compliance, or Sr Staff.

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Basic math and ability to learn basic word processing is required.
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and sanitizing equipment is required.
• Must have strong attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory levels, as well as documentation of paperwork.
• Certification to drive a forklift is a plus.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and JDE is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and superior Customer Service to all external customers is required.
• The ability to make decisions with little supervision is required.
• This position is located in Monument, CO and requires a daily commute Monday - Friday for the working hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM with over time and weekends as required.
