Responsible for developing and executing all trainings for Internal and external audiences such as Sellin, Beauty Advisors, clients and pos staff - including product launches, cycle orientation, events with clients, in-store trainings – and to test and ensure their technical knowledge.
- Plans training calendars for internal – BA and sell in - and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for developing the cycle orientation.
- Organizes the beauty convention alongside the pos trainning analyst.
- Coordinates the external training team and trainings for pos staff.
- Monitors the execution of external trainings for clients and pos staff.
- Support the development of training and customized materials for the brand; • Perform in-person and remote training, supporting the preparation and execution of activities; lead and deliver POS training events
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Biology or any other Health course.
Experience in Sales team training as well as experience in public speaking and leading groups in classroom activities;
Experience in the pharmaceutical market is a must;
Prior experience in the commercial, marketing and other areas of impact and direct engagement of customers and stakeholders.
Availability to travel 80% of time;
CNH - Category B.
