Cerenovus, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Program Coordinator, supporting the Strategic Relationships group, to be located in Miami, Florida.
Every six seconds someone dies from a stroke. Stroke can be caused either by a clot obstructing the flow of blood to the brain (ischemic stroke) or by a blood vessel rupturing and preventing blood flow to the brain (hemorrhagic stroke). CERENOVUS is committed to changing the trajectory of stroke by providing physicians with innovative technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible in neurovascular intervention. CERENOVUS offers a broad portfolio of devices used in the endovascular treatment of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke.
The selected Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting customer facing Strategic Engagement Initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Executes and innovates on highly complex and varied administrative assignments.
  • Provides dedicated support for all Strategic Relationships customer initiatives, including direct interactions with global key opinion leader physicians.
  • Ensures the coordination activities of various customer engagement programs
  • Coordinates with all functions within CERENOVUS to maximize program effectiveness.
  • Interacts with senior leaders across CERENOVUS organization to support all customer engagement efforts.
  • Provides detailed notes and follow up action items following all programs.
  • Reviews and reconciles the tracking and processing of purchase orders, manages consulting agreements and invoices, HCP travel.
  • Organizes site visits and advisory board programs in collaboration with local site leads, Global Strategic Marketing and Meetings and Conventions team
  • Ensures the maintenance of various spreadsheets and online resources, including global internal and external meetings calendar.
  • Applies a polished professional manner and highly developed communications skills.
  • Looks proactively for ways to assist others and to contribute.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • A minimum of a High School Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, problem solving and ability to interact with high profile physician key opinion leaders.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong skill set relating to computers and computer-based software.
