Responsibilities:
Act as interface between Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Quality and Operations to support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process
Continuously improve the process and tools in order to increase the performance towards our end customers
Train users and stakeholders on processes and systems
Monitor and report on performance metrics and support Management with reports and data analysis
Know and follow all laws and policies to apply the job and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all time
Manage country launch forecasts and statistical forecast data
Participate in demand review process
Evaluate and implement solution and ensure alignment with marketing & sales in development of the consensus forecast
Consolidate global forecast data for submission to production plants
Manage supply constraints and peak demands like new product launches and tenders
Manage inventory levels to meet business plans and defined service levels
Monitor and report on performance metrics according to scorecard
Assist and control production plants in the capacity review process in order to have the needed capacities available in time and participate in Supply Review Process
Control material requirement planning, creating and maintaining PO’s, in ERP system for assigned finished products
Manage supply constraints and make-to-order process for peak demands like new product launches and tenders with internal and external suppliers
Analyze and proactively manage inventory levels to meet business plans and ensure defined service levels. Set and review inventory entitlement parameters
Provide supply commits on product availability to enable end-to-end supply visibility
Build effective relationships and partnerships with key suppliers
Participate in new product launch meetings for assigned projects and ensure timely setup of master data and placement of purchase orders
Assist to implement S&OP policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures
Support the monthly S&OP process and the reviews with the appropriate Management Boards
Coordinate and consolidate the regional S&OP review information (including the presentation materials) and KPIs
Identify gaps and areas to align processes and improve supply chain effectiveness and performance


Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; Focus degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering, Business or related field preferred
APICS/Six Sigma/IBF training and/or certification preferred
Knowledge of CFR 21 (FDA cGMP) and/or ISO 13485 preferred
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in supply chain area required
Understanding of supply chain principles required
Knowledge of ERP systems and information technology required
Experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, specifically v-lookups and pivot tables required
Project management skills/PMP certification preferred 
This role is located in West Chester, PA and will require up to 5% domestic travel.
