MANAGER SYSTEM STRATEGY EXECUTION

The Senior Manager, Global Strategy and Execution will be part of the Medical Devices Labeling Systems and Strategy team. You will use project management knowledge and tools to lead and implement global sector projects. You will have demonstrated the ability to influence and hold accountable global internal and external business partners to develop project plans, actively drive activities and deliverables to meet challenging timelines, assess and mitigate risk, and provide updates to core team members and executive management team. You will be leading the project to deploy the Medical Devices electronic instructions for use (eIFU) technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product vision understanding global customer requirements and translating those requirements into specific functional design options for global capabilities supported by the eIFU technology solution. Post deployment, you will be responsible for developing and driving a strategic roadmap, lead a governance team and remain connected to other business initiatives that may impact the solution.
The Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing a strategic direction for Medical Devices global labeling. Driving towards process and system harmonization, maintenance and compliance to worldwide regulations across the sector. Awareness of both changes in global regulations and/or business requirements must be understood to design optimal solutions.
PMP Certification preferred.
Process Excellence Green Belt in Six Sigma or Lean preferred.
Knowledge of validation requirements for Medical Devices with demonstrated experience is required.
Knowledge of validation requirements for software systems with demonstrated experience is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of project plans is required.
Navigating a highly matrix organization is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to make complex issues easy for others to understand and the ability to prepare communications for project team and executive management are required.
Strong time, budget and program management skills are required.
The ability to lead teams and influence others is required, including the ability to function in a multi-cultural, global environment.
End to end supply chain experience is preferred.
Travel up to 30% required (domestic or international)
