As the Inventory Analyst, you have oversight of all inventory activities including cycle counting, inventory adjustments, audits, reconciliation, analysis and related interface with various departments including Customer Contact Center and Operating Company planning departments. You collect and analyze data related to the efficient movement and accuracy of inventory in the Memphis Logistics Center. You will lead quality and continuous improvement projects, and work with management to implement corrective actions plans based on slotting analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.

Your responsibilities:
Assist in investigation of inventory discrepancies found during picking and replenishment and reconcile
Participate in investigation of short-pick process and picking, communicating, and labeling
Own and monitor all inventory reports, as well as the system synchronization report (SAP vs MARC)
Oversee first-time SKU setup process
Conduct iDoc investigation/resolution
Apply Process Excellence tools/methodology and root-cause analysis to identify, evaluate, and recommend business process and system improvement opportunities
Continually improve expertise in process improvement techniques and teach others
Mentor LC III associates and others in developing new skills, in understanding company and industry dynamics, and in strengthening team relationships
Oversee and audit hold/release process
Audit the execution of lot status changes to ensure they are accurate
Oversee and execute quarantine activities
Oversee and communicate back shipments, redresses, and expiry purge
Generate all SOX documentation and reporting 

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; focused degree in Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, IT or related field preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience required
Inventory, distribution, operations, or supply chain/logistics experience preferred
Analytics work experience preferred
Experience working in a GMP environment preferred
Process Excellence/Lean/Six Sigma experience, training and/or certification preferred
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel (vLookups or pivot tables) preferred
Experience or knowledge with SQL, SAP, MARC, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
Experience with system error troubleshooting and resolution preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently, under time constraints, and manage complexity
Demonstrated project management experience  preferred
Flexibility and willingness to provide month-end coverage as needed is required
Ability to work in Memphis, TN and travel up to 10% domestically is required
