JJSC Leadership development programs are focused on accelerating talent faster, through an integrated pathway of supply chain leadership programs and experiences, creating a robust pool of JJSC Leaders. The nominated programs support the development of Next Generational Talent through GOLD, Emerging Leader Talent through STAR, Director talent through the Compass EQLD Program and Plant Leaders through the PLDP Program. All programs are connected and focused supporting fast track progression from Band 24-50.
Reporting to the Director JJSC Leadership Development, the Supervisor is responsible for the execution of the JJSC Academy programs to support the acceleration of Supply Chain key talent pools. This is a critical role on the team responsible for delivering a great learning experience for these talent pools.
Execute the JJSC Leadership strategy strongly linked to the overall JJSC People Strategy.
Collaborate with regional talent councils and program champions in support of the strategy execution.
Execute the GOLD Next Generational Talent Pool global strategy.
Close collaboration with the GOLD Champions in the regions
Collaboration with the business leaders to ensure successful rotations and development
Recruitment Strategy & Ownership (Intern Program/Coop/Fulltime)
Responsible for the successful execution of Hiring Events for GOLD in all regions.
Rotation Planning, Stage Gate and Final Placement
Support the STAR and CompassEQLD Programs.
Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role.
Evaluate educational effectiveness and drive educational-continuous improvements as required.
Shaping and delivering training programs in 21st century learning modalities measured against industry standards in support of SC business goals.
Responsible for ensuring that all Training Educational Programs and Processes are in compliance with local, national and international regulations and standards as well as with all segment policies and processes and J&J Corporate requirements.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Experience in developing curriculums is required.
- Experience working in a Global Environment is required.
- Project Management/Leadership certification is preferred.
- Experience and/or certification in the learning function such needs assessment, evaluating training effectiveness, classroom instruction, instructional design is preferred.
- Experience and/or certification in the learning function such as adult learning, managing/leading the learning function is highly preferred.
- This position can be based in any Johnson & Johnson facility in the U.S and will require up to 30% travel.
