The Manager, Contract Compliance is responsible for the daily management of the contract compliance function including overseeing the preparation review and compliance of customer contracts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage daily activities of the contract compliance function. 

  • Ensure all contracts are being monitored and reporting requirements are being met. 

  • Streamline reporting with automation. 

  • Review and problem solve for complex compliance situations. 

  • Identify risks along with financial implications around revenue allocation and recognition. 

  • Interact with Sales, Finance and Legal teams. 

  • Supports internal and external inquiries and audits. 

  • Communicate and implement contract compliance management policies and procedures.

  • Complete monthly summary reports highlighting overall compliance.

 


Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required

  • Financial accounting, revenue recognition and SOX experience required

  • People management experience required

  • Medical Device Industry experience preferred

  • Understanding contract leasing and contract compliance required

  • Understanding of financial risks required

  • Conflict resolution skills required

  • MS Office Suite experience required

  • This position has a primary location in Santa Ana, CA with up to 5% domestic travel required
