The <<TR2P / ER/LR / R&O>> Admin Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and supervising the <<TR2P / ER/LR / R&O>> Admin Team in the Regional Service Center supporting employees, managers and other human resource teams. This person provides applicable services for employees within China which include Benefits Administration, Leave and Absence Management, Compensation Administration, Exit Management, Workforce Data Management, ER/LR support, and Recruitment and Onboarding.  This person ensures the timely resolution of client issues, concerns and inquiries regarding HR policies and programs using standard tools, processes and guidelines to achieve performance goals, customer satisfaction and delivering service in a timely and accurate manner.
• 6+ years progressive experience managing HR administrative activities in support of Compensation, Benefits, Leave and Absence Management, Exit Management, and/or Data Management  • Strong supervisory skills; operates as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences.  • Uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfaction  • Experience with Total Rewards systems  • Experience with customer service software applications (e.g., case management)   • Effective partnership and relationship building skills with key stakeholders   • Good capability in assessing, developing and hiring talent  • Ability to establish a culture focused on continuous improvement   • Identifies opportunities, risks/issues; assesses implications, formulates recommendations  • Coaching and collaboration skills.  • Analytical thinker  • Results oriented and ability to motivate team to high levels of performance  • Positive-minded, collaborative interpersonal skills and leadership qualities necessary to build a cohesive, and focused team •
