Your Purpose

As a Sales Specialist within Johnson & Johnson you will manage your territory through the development of comprehensive business plans.  Focusing on highest value opportunities to grow and develop new business including taking competitor share and the adoption of new technologies whilst maintaining key customers and core business.


What to expect:

You will form part of a strong key account sales team, with further support provided from teams in head office i.e. Marketing, Commercial Effectiveness. Working within either our DePuy Synthes, Ethicon or CSS businesses.  Accounts will be designated to you dependent on the local needs of the business.  As the Sales Specialist, you will work with your accounts and look to meet the evolving demands of modern surgery and facilitate improved patient outcomes. Customer Relationships and people development are fundamental to the success of this role. You will attend live operations and be on hand to offer expert product advice to healthcare professionals.

Selection process

Closing date for all applications will be Saturday 29th February.

You will be asked to complete an online digital interview, if successful you would then complete an online psychometric test, followed by a telephone interview with one of the Talent Acquisition Partners.

We are holding two assessment days where you will get to meet our business leaders, these are taking place Monday 30th March in Wokingham, Berkshire and Wednesday 1st April in Leeds, Yorkshire.
