In search of the best talent for DepuySynthes: Global leader in the provision of innovative solutions in the treatment of pathologies of the spine, orthopedics, sports medicine and neurosciences.
Planning Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Kairos Project framework and results. Contribute to project tool and processes implementation.
Main responsibilities are:
•Support IT team with the Asset Tool testing and implementation
•Connect with local Marketing, Sales and Planning to support the Project team with data, information and reports
•Connect with local Marketing and Sales team to explain tool results and logics
•Create monthly process to run the tool (download SAP files, analyze data, upload into the tool and run it at AWS servers)
•Create process to show Kairos tool results, identify gaps and create action plans to the involved areas
•Lead weekly update sessions with leaders to show progresses
•Consolidate Kairos processes as part of monthly S&OP
This position will report to Planning Manager on a Region structure.
1)A Bachelor's degree in a numerate discipline - engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance or economics is required. An advanced / Master’s degree is preferred
2)At least 3 years of experience in analytical positions, related to planning or operation.
3)Experience in a multinational company, desirable company of medical devices
4)Knowledge in some ERP, desirable SAP
5)Management in Excel (dynamic tables) and Power Point
6)English level at least intermediate
7)Ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnering for changes requiring buy-in from all partners. Ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
