Position Summary:

The Senior Change Communications Manager - Finance Solutions & Technology ASPAC is responsible for developing and executing the change management and communications strategy for all FS&T portfolio projects in the APAC region. This role supports both the Program and Portfolio Change & Communications Leads, as well as the Program Training Lead, and is critical in ensuring regional alignment with the overarching change management strategy and plan for the program.  The primary focus will be to support the implementation of the Finance roadmap plans and adapt for APAC’s regional needs in order maximize employee engagement and minimize employee resistance. This role will engage with key stakeholders in the APAC Finance region to assess stakeholder and engagement needs, develop and execute a change and communications strategy to enable the awareness, readiness, adoption and sustainment of new ways of behaving and working in Finance.  

This individual will engage closely with CCT Leads for the EMEA, LATAM and North America regions to share best practices, assess risks, and ensure an integrated and global view of the FS&T change & communications plan.  This role allows J&J to enable change across FS&T in a cohesive way during large-scale and ongoing transformations, ultimately enabling program awareness, maximizing employee engagement and adoption.

Approximate Percentage of Time - Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:
25% - Work closely with other Regional CCT Leads and Global / North America / CFIN & EPM Lead to ensure consistency of messaging and content as related to all FS&T projects

25% - Leads the development and execution for the APAC region change and communications strategy for the global FS&T organization

25% - Establish and maintain relationships with FS&T stakeholders in APAC to drive coordination of and oversee development of all change management and communications activities

25% - Build flexibility into the organizational structure to meet the evolving change management, communications, and training demands for FS&T projects in APAC over time

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent                                 
Required Years of Related Experience:  A minimum of 7 years of Change Management and Communications experience within a large-scale, transformational business environment

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Thorough understanding of change management strategic planning processes, delivery methodologies, and tools
Excellent communication skills in order to develop engaging and innovative content to support the FS&T agenda in APAC
Experience in performing business readiness activities, including stakeholder management and communication planning and delivery, from a regional APAC perspective
Deep knowledge of organizational systems, models, and interdependencies in order to align the organization to the FS&T agenda
Excellent at building strong relationships with peers and with other stakeholders within FS&T to influence others and move toward a common vision
Experience in resource management in accordance with project design and needs
Flexible and adaptable; ability to thrive in ambiguous situations 
Experience with large-scale transformation and process change efforts
Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively with and through others
