At Janssen, we currently have an opening for a full-time Clinical Research Associate (Site Manager (SM) to join our Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team. From research to real-life situations, Janssen has a long track record for developing innovative medicines that save lives and improve the quality of life for many Australians. Our GCO team is a center of excellence within Janssen (the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson), responsible for clinical trials and other data generation activities to support R&D and Medical Affairs research. The GCO team manage and coordinate phase I-IV trials.
Our current area of focus is Oncology/Haematology, Infectious Diseases & Vaccines, Immunology, Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, and Neurosciences. We are currently seeking SMs with minimum of 12 months’ clinical experience to join our high performing team. In GCO, the SM is the sponsors interface with the investigative site and a member of the local study management team. The SM covers all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and close out activities. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Adelaide, South Australia.

This role requires someone with strong communication skills and customer focus. As an exceptional team player, you will liaise and build strong working relationships with internal and external customers, support the implementation of new systems/processes and ensure the smooth running of our projects at your assigned trials sites.
A strong knowledge of GCP and local regulatory guidelines and a medical, paramedical or life sciences tertiary qualification will be essential.
