  • Phone Representative
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Performing administrative functions
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Transfer product related complaints to the designated complaint handling center immediately
  • Execute project based on initiatives as per JJVC direction and guidance
  • Escalate issues to relevant function as per requirement in each market company
  • Execute the  product field action as per instruction from the company
  • On time completion of training courses assigned;
  • Execute the company procedures;
  • Report significant quality event and product complaints according to related company policy and procedure
