Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Payroll Reporting Analyst, located in Manila, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Management

  • Perform day-to-day processing, reporting and analysis of Payroll Reports, following proper procedures in accordance with the corporate company policies;
  • Achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) and critical metrics, deliver timely and accurate processing of administrative payroll process, and generate reports and reconciliations;
  • Develop, build and maintain relationships with all markets and business sectors supported by Global Services - Manila and respond to inquiries and resolve issues raised by Business Partners;
  • Build and maintain documentation materials of processes;
  • Recommend policies and procedures designed to improve business processes within the department, execute identified procedures and policies to improve the efficiency of the Team, and enhance accuracy and integrity of report generation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Work with Team Lead to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovate solutions and system enhancement so team can perform in a cost-effective and efficient manner;
  • Execute standardization and simplification of reporting processes;
  • Has a proactive involvement in determining and implementing best practices

Audit and Compliance

  • Maintain documentation to satisfy internal and external audit requirements;
  • Ensure current processes, systems, databases and information security are up to date and compliant with the current legislation;
  • Assist in audit and legal compliance as required

  • Work with Direct Supervisor to set personal goals and objectives;
  • Meet training responsibilities by attending scheduled training;

  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's degree

Experience and Skills
  • At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as an Analyst;

  • Good communication skills

  • Experience in shared services or multinational companies

  • Experience in payroll

  • Knowledge of other IT systems (payroll system, T&A, Fidelity, Sirva)

  • Willing to work in Paranaque City, Philippines
