Pricing and Market Access Manager

 

Objectives of the Position

You will join a team of dedicated experts with strong backgrounds from the pharmaceutical and governmental sectors and academia. The Pricing & Market Access Manager directly contributes to Janssen’s broader market access and actively supports the entire product portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies and processes for pricing and contract bids. You will also work in cross-functional teams, developing and implementing commercially strong market access strategies and submissions for pricing and reimbursement of our Schizophrenia and Established Brands portfolio.
 
As the external environment is continuously changing, different challenges in market access of our products will allow you to further develop your strengths and learn new skills.
 
The position is based in Espoo, Finland. Some travelling and overnight stays are foreseen.
 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage pricing in internal and external systems and databases for the entire Janssen portfolio. Handle price approvals and archiving according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with internal (among other Finance, Logistics and Business units), and external stakeholders to resolve questions surrounding pricing.
  • Support Nordic Established Brands Lead in developing and presenting business plans for the Established Brands portfolio. Support EB Lead in management approval and archiving according to company policy.
  • Develop and execute efficient and optimal market access strategy for the Schizophrenia portfolio and other assigned brands, in alignment with the overall brand strategy and partnering up with cross-functional teams.
  • To develop and lead business cases for pricing for the Schizophrenia portfolio and other assigned brands, together with the cross-functional teams.
  • To develop high quality price and reimbursement submissions for the Schizophrenia portfolio and other assigned brands, including supporting health economic materials, to ensure continuous market access within the target price and with the best reimbursement conditions.
  • Translate payer value story into simple messages, tailored to the target audience, including preparing materials for effective price and reimbursement negotiations for specified products.

Qualifications

•         A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required).

•         A minimum of 2 years of work experience in comparable roles (preferred).

•         Healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar industry experience (preferred).

•         Strong skills in Microsoft Office (required).

•         Valid driver’s license (required).

•         High proficiency in Finnish and English language, verbal and written (required).
