Job Description:

  • Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients to enlarge pipeline of business opportunities for securing continuous business growth
  • Explore new business opportunity and drive growth & development of business size & capabilities
  • Sources and co-ordinates with potential vendors for product licensing, distribution
  • Ensures new product development and launch team collaboration
  • Responsible for special projects and tasks assigned by the Head of Commercial Strategy & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and provides guidance to the NPD in order to strategically make the launch decision and accelerate the process
  • Understand the industry development and develop new business opportunities in Hong Kong & Macau
  • Establishes the new business channel through outsourcing or any innovative ways
  • Manages and maximizes the business potential of the established product portfolios

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business / Marketing & Sales or equivalent

Experience and Skills:


  • Minimum 6 years or above related experience in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Have a high level of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details, have a good team spirit and professional attitude
  • Strong analytic and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally, challenge and influence without direct authority and effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders


Preferable to have sales and marketing management experiences in pharmaceutical industry; especially in product launch and distributor management experience.
