- Responsible for achieving sales objectives by selling products to new or established key accounts nationwide
Key Area of Responsibility:
- Handle Modern Trade accounts by handling planning and category management to achieve business priorities, goals , market share as well as perform sales forecast, annual and monthly sales target.
- Prepares formal proposals, lead negotiations and prepare sales contracts and routes for approval.
- Conduct joint business plan - annual Business Plan including Quarterly Business Review within aligned budget.
- Partner closely with distributors and Supply Chain team to build the sales forecast and push sales volume.
- Provide analysis and reports on the Sales performance for Modern Trade customers
- Deliver outstanding customer services, Build good relationship with internal and with key customers in Modern Trade to ensure speed up to market
Job location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in planing, experience of leading sales force is a plus, with basic knowledge of brand and category management.
- Consistent track record in a sales management role.
- Strong understanding of sales applications/principles and building strategic partnerships with customers across all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to be detailed yet strategic.
- Proactive, innovative and excellent teammate with strong commitment to drive business result.
- Good skill of presentation and computer skills.
