General Summary / 職務概要
Lead and manage category* business strategies and execution plans to reach company’s goals, by partnering w. Channel Planning & Development team and facilitating/orchestrating close collaboration of key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Strategic Promotion Planning and Professional Affairs*Category – Daily Disposable, Reusable, Beauty, Specialty (astig & presby)
Ø Develops annual category business plans incl. portfolio strategy along with company-wide strategies and executes with business model/ product/ marketing/ customer experience innovations.
Ø Provides by-brand forecasts and updates throughout the year
Ø Oversees profitability attainment for the assigned platform.
Ø Examines market dynamics critically to derive strategic and tactical marketing and sales plans (Retail, Professional, and Consumer) with customer interaction.
Ø Works with Analytics, Insights and Sales to properly evaluate the business environment (consumer/ customer/ competitor) and propose the counterplans accordingly
Ø Gains human/financial resources necessary for delivering the outcome , by coordinating with matrixed functions in CO&S, Sales and several other departments
Ø Coordinates, harmonizes and solve conflicts between key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Ø Collaborate with other Category Sr Manager/Managers to help Channel Planning & Development/Sales develop optimum sales plan
Ø Provide Insights/Marketing inputs for Global team from both short-term and long-term perspectives, and help Global counterparts properly understand the market and make the right decisions
Ø Engages, coaches, and inspires cross functional members beyond CO&S
Ø For Sr Mgr, manage 1 direct report, provide daily hands-on coaching and grow him/her as future pipeline

Ø A self-starter of strong ownership to agilely navigate problem-solving/debottlenecking for optimization of assigned business along company strategies, with decent business acumen and executional excellence
Ø A good motivator with proactive communication skills and influencing capabilities to engage, energize and harmonize people as a team beyond the function
Ø Fluent English skills in writing, verbal communication and presentationØ Minimum 5-years of working experience in the related areas
