UI Designer for Surgery (f/m/d)
Location: Leipzig

  • Your responsibilities
  • Develop and convey consistent UI vision for all products by establishing best practices and highly reusable design patterns
    Deliver a design that is easily translatable into some real life html/css/js code
  • Support product management end-to-end with prototypes, mockups
    Review the work of developers to assure the best level of quality and consistency


Your experience
  • You have a track record of designed interactions, UIs and/or UX for software
  • You’re a true fan of the agile mindset
  • You communicate easily with tech and non-tech teams, individuals and managers about your design vision and how this creates value for them
  • You have experience in healthcare or a highly regulated sector or have even contributed to building software as a medical device? Wonderful!

Your profil
  • If investigating how users work and interact is the first step of you're thinking;
  • if you can sketch with hands;
  • if you're more interested in System Design than complete freedom in you design process;
  • if for you Atomic Design is not a way to make bombs in Photoshop;
  • if Accessibility (Barrierefrei) and Usability first is your way to creativity;
    if for a User Interface being "easy to use" is more important than being "slick";
  • if typography stays for you as the first UI element;
  • if working from an existing UI graphic library in order to make it better and fitting specific needs, is not a burden for you but a thrilling challenge;
  • if animation and sounds are more a way to inform than a way to delight;
  • if prototyping with animation is the only way to figure out how a UI will work;
  • if using a versioning tool for design is normal daily business to you;
  • if you don't need special tools but you're ok to use Figma or anything else instead;
  • if Data Visualization doesn't only mean Data in a Table;
