The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of our Global Medical Solutions, Global Orthopedics and Global Surgery Groups.

                                              Supply Chain Planner

                                                                   Location: Warsaw, Poland.

                                                                   Contract: 1 year

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Responsible to lead a robust S&OP process in order to service customer requirements throughout supply chain;

  • Leads cross – functional research activities to reflect updated sales and marketing trade plans;

  • Coordinates sales, marketing and finance to understand demand drivers;

  • Executes end to end supply chain action plans impacting plan, make, source and deliver;

  • Ownership of end to end inventory management (stock value, days of cover, slow-movers and obsoletes) at warehouses and consignments at hospitals;

  • Leads all supply chain activities aimed at improvement of service level to the customers (OTIF);

  • Responsible for portfolio management (phase-in/phase-out, tail optimization, new products introduction);

  • Drive end to end ownership of the assigned portfolio across the Supply Chain; actioned required events with all stakeholders;

  • Support Supply Chain Team lead with the portfolio requirements toward building budgets, business objectives, policies and procedures;

  • Manage all portfolio KPIs and provides actions plans, root cause assessments to remediate any issues or challenges;

  • Support the supply chain team lead in developing future capabilities, e.g. labelling, network change

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good English (minimum B2) in writing and speaking is required.

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Analytical skills

  • Easiness in building partnerships with different stakeholders
