[Responsibilities]

1) Identifies the company's organizational development needs and critical issues.

2) Assists in the designing the interventions) and facilitates the intervention. Develops and implements project and communication plans for all key organization development projects.

3) Provides support and consultation. Develops metrics and maintain tracking systems to provide feedback.

4) Monitors the impact and effectiveness levels of key interventions. Helps create and facilitate a variety of methods to address the corporate organizational development needs, including design training, follow-up sessions, surveys and other innovative methodology. Organizes design process and delivers organizational development training program and consultation to the organization.

5) Coaches managers on a variety of management and team development issues.

6) Provides employee counselling on opportunities and career development. Participates in special projects such as organizational design and leadership development, succession planning, and so on.

7) Develops and ensures that appropriate planning processes and systems in place are compliant with corporate policies and local regulation and law. 

8) Partners cross-functionally to develop solutions to a variety of problems with varying levels of scope and complexity.

9) Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate courses of action.

10) Ensures understanding and communication on the business consequences arising from tradeoffs concerning the planning activities.

 

[Requirements]

1) Bachelor’s degrees or above.

2) 6-8 year experience in either HR or relevant experience

3) Good inter-personal relationship

4) Coaching and consultation skill

5) Proactive & positive & innovative mind

6) High agility, flexibility and resilience 

7) Strong negotiation & communication skills

8) Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

9) Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

10) MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
