Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Keep close communication with BU MKT, and identify hospital access targets develop hospital access strategy, tracking execution results effectively. 与市场部保持紧密的沟通，明确各BU的医院准入目标及需求，制定医院准入策略并跟进执行
• Support the communication and management on KA managers, tracking the hospital listing results, data analysis and present the results effectively 支持与KAM的沟通及管理，跟进准入结果及数据分析与呈现
• Establish and maintain good communication and cooperation with external stakeholders, and create tailor-made access program platform in compliance with HCC criteria 与外部协学会保持良好的沟通与合作，搭建合规的定制化的医院准入项目项目平台
• On behalf of MAnGA KA team, to connect and communicate with cross function departments including but not limited to Finance/HCC/Legal/CIO etc., and support team management of KA head.
代表MAnGA KA与公司各个职能部门沟通，包括但不限于财务/合规/法律/CIO等部门，协助KA Head的团队管理
Essential knowledge and skills:
• Advanced degree (BS required, Graduate degree desired) in relevant fields such as BMA，public health, health policy, health economics, medicine, pharmacy etc.
• More than 5-year working experience in multinational healthcare company or government department, GA / market access background is preferred
• Bilingual oral and written abilities
• Good at communication both with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated and be willing to work under high pressure and meeting with deadline

• Agility to learn and be acuminous to policy trend and healthcare environment
