Intercompany Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Prague

Full time, permanent contract

As an Intercompany AP Analyst, you will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Booking and correcting invoices
  • Reconciliating the Supplier Statements – including Communication with Suppliers after closing
  • Matching Goods with Invoices
  • Data Preparation, Investigation price differences and Quantity Differences
  • Communication with the ICP Team and Key Account Managers, suppliers, Warehouse
  • Journal Entries, Supporting Documentations, Reconciliation of the accounts, creating reports and other


You are the perfect candidate for us if you have:

  • Min. Bachelor degree from Finance or Accounting
  • 1 year Experience from Finance/Accounting field is big advantage
  • MS Office (advanced MS Excel knowledge is required) 
  • Advanced level of written and oral English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Stress resistant – able to work under pressure 
  • Good organization skills – good time management & able to set priorities
  • Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with all the stakeholders
