- As a right-hand of Consumer Marketing Senior manager and Manager, lead, develop and implement comprehensive consumer demand generation, in which the brand marketing strategy/ plans consider consumer, professional and other required stakeholders’ needs and perspective in line with company strategy to effectively achieve business goals.
- Support manager to set brand precision marketing strategy and build precision capabilities, including creating personalized targeted communication assets for defined high value audiences, using real-time data analytics to manage precision and performance marketing in agile manner. The developed capability will benefit Beauty POD team.
- Work closely wit cross functional members including Sales, C3PD, Digital Transformation, Product marketing, Shopper marketing, Communications and GSI.
- Manage both Acuvue and Johnson & Jonson Vision brand equity and expected to build a close relationship with Global Precision Marketing and Social Engagement teams under Global Consumer Experience team (led by Lauren Westin).
