Customer Service Specialist
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Processing orders received from external customers
Providing quality service and support in handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for all customers in a perfect manner
Preparing data related to KPI, measuring customer performance and satisfaction
- Responding to customer queries
- Arranging for returns and credits to customer accounts
Validating claims for credits and arranges stock checks for missing or over delivered stock
Providing updates to customers on order status and/or problem resolutions
- Collecting feedback on customer satisfaction
- Customer oriented attitude
- Experience of working in a customer service role
A high standard of communication and proactive approach to problem solving
- Native in Polish, communicative in English
- Attention to details
- Organization skills, proactive attitude,
- Ability to teamwork
- Experience with SAP System is nice to have
- Good computer skills (especially MS Excel)
