Intercompany AP Analyst

Location: Prague

Contract: Full time, permanent contract 


The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Accounting and booking the intercompany inventory invoices
  • Communicating with Warehouse on non receipts or delivery/invoice issues
  • Improving processes, involvement in standardization of processes
  • Calculating intercompany acruals, reconciliation of GL balances, calculation of goods in transit
  • Participating on month end closing activities
  • Ad hoc requests, communication with stakeholders

Qualifications
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
  • Bachelor degree in finance/accounting
  • Proficient level of written and oral English
  • Around 1 year working experience in Administration
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Attention to detail, good organization skills, ability to work under time pressure
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to work with people at different levels and in remote locations
