Location: Romania (multiple locations - Bucuresti, Cluj, Craiova, Iasi, Mures, Brasov)

Contract: full time


Responsible for achieving OTC/consumer product sales to new and established physicians and healthcare professionals accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration and enhance company and brand equity.

YOUR responsibilities & YOUR impact:

  • Creating a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of multiple physician and healthcare professional accounts in a prescribed territory.
  • Scheduling appointments and making preplanned sales presentations to customers.
  • Constant work on POSM placement and improvement in visibility in pharmacies.
  • Regular visits following a planned routing to pharmacies for OTC brands, according to monthly priorities set by Business Development Manager.
  • Initiating contact and scheduling appointments with potential new customers and KOL’s.
  • Optimizing the use of resources & activities. Maintaining and improving HCP list in the area of responsibility.
  • Acquiring and maintaining product & disease knowledge for J&J products.
  • Following up competition systematically and providing feedback.
  • Preparing detailing reports and documents as required.
  • Ensuring the implementation of company's HCC policy, processes and rules.

  • University degree
  • 2-4 years working related experience (selling experience in consumer healthcare or FMCG would be considered as an asset)
  • Sound commercial knowledge and experience matched with sense of urgency
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build professional credibility and respect with business partners
  • Self-starter, innovative, independent, flexible
  • High ethical standards, adaptable, curious, entrepreneurial
  • Driving license
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent English, native Romanian
