HR Administration Specialist with German

Location: Prague 

Full-time unlimited contract


J&J HR administration team in Prague is currently looking for a German speaking colleague to support managers and employees in Germany and Austria. The HR Administration Specialist is responsible to perform all HR Administration activities related to the employee life cycle.

Your responsibilities & Your Impact:

  • Working to meet expected service levels by performing day-to-day delivery of Administration services in scope
  • Taking ownership of all HR Administration activities, which include:
    • Employee data changes and business structure updates
    • Year-end and year-round compensation processing and communications
    • Coordination of employee on-boarding and off-boarding
    • Administration of absence requests and return to work process
    • Benefits enrollment support
  • Responding to documentation requests and inquiries from the employees and business partners
  • Identifying areas for improvement on daily operational processes and providing support to implementing these initiatives
  • Contributing to capability-building and knowledge-sharing within and amongst business functions
  • Interacting and interfacing with customers and team-members, developing credibility and trusted mutually-respected relationships
  • Supporting and coordinating business projects

  • Proficient in both German and English
  • Excellent communication skills, and a 'Can-Do'-attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and a great eye for detail
  • Analytical skills would be an advantage
