Accountant Intercompany

Location: Prague

Contract: full time, permanent contract 

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Invoicing inter-company transactions, Participating in reporting and closes
  • Preparing inter-company netting information and initiate wire transfers, Responding to escalated queries and issues
  • Reviewing inter-company invoices and requests for invoices for compliance with J&J corporate policies using independent discernment to assure adherence to the policy
  • Handling inter-company payables & receivables, Working closely with required parties to research and resolve differences with inter-company accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions so the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner
  • Comply with J&J related policies and procedure i.e., Worldwide Procedure (WWP), Internal Control Handbook (ICH), global process and any legal and regulatory requirement that J&J is obliged to adhere to

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
  • Bachelor degree in finance/accounting
  • Proficient level of written and oral English
  • Good Accounting & finance knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Attention to detail, good analytical skills, ability to work under time pressure
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to work with people at different levels and in remote locations
