Job Responsibilities:
SRCT manager will be responsible to support the Sr SRCT manager to drive strategically all the Supplier Reliability initiatives in APAC
Core responsibilities of SRCT manager include though not limited to:
o Define and support to drive agility with our suppliers on MOQ & LT as per Sync principles /framework
o Integration of our suppliers thru JIT/KANBAN as one of the key programs will be deployed by SRCT team and SRCT manager will be the project lead for this
o Support to review supplier performance with all our core suppliers 
o Define mitigation action plan for high risk suppliers/materials and work together as cross functional team to create backup for high risk suppliers/materials
o SRCT manager will need to keep a close tab on all supplier reliability issues , RRT events and ensure “lessons learnt” are incorporated in the SRCT  
Able to connect with cross functional team and Leads across Supply Chain teams for driving supplier Reliability in the region

Job Requirements:
Bachelor in Engineering or Science / Master’s in Business Administration (Specialization in Supply Chain & Operations Management)
At least 5-6 years of experience in/or Planning/another related functions/operations management
Prior Supply Chain experience in Consumer industry
Experienced ERP user
Strong organization skills and an aptitude for planning
Attention to details and ability to deep dive 
Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions
SAP user skills
Able to quickly size up information & use logic to evaluate options to drive decisions
Proficient user of MS Office applications
