R2P Lead Associate
Location: Prague

Contract: full time, permanent contract

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
  • Monitor the performance of the team and define improvements
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes
  • EMEA R2P Triage Process owner
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes
  • Propose and work on improvements
  • Define processes if necessary
  • Focus on user satisfaction improvement
  • Work constantly on collecting user feedback and work on improvements
  • Participate in various projects based upon an agreement with supervisor
  • Drive improvements, user experience, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Participate on Global R2P initiatives
  • People management (currently about 50 people, with 4 Team Leads)
  • Actively manage improvements, capacity and effectiveness within the team.


We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Knowledge of Procurement processes (specifically with R2P and transactions)
  • Experience interacting with customers (customer service experience)
  • Languages – English (an additional European language is a bonus)
  • Demonstrated effectively working remotely with business partners
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven ability to successfully drive and manage change
  • Six Sigma Black and/or Green Belt is preferred
  • Builds strong business relationships based on transparency and trust
  • Willingness to travel (5 – 10% working hours per year)
  • Strong time management and organization skills, ability to work under pressure
