Cooperates with scientists and engineers in R & D department, global RD team, and the cross functional team to develop research strategies, lead the design and implement of the relevant research to develop, scale-up, transfer and stabilize production process of new product and LCM projects which to enhance product quality, manufacturing cost efficiencies, personnel safety and regulatory compliance.
Provides data and documents to meet design control and quality requirements, and support product registration at home and abroad;
Develops project scopes, budgets and schedules for assigned projects and develops engineering specifications and documentation for process equipment
Supports management team in project update and reporting as required.
Guides the work of junior engineers by providing scientific and technical expertise and skills training;
Sound knowledge in R&D processes/system/environment.
Solid hands-on experiences in process development for biological or pharmaceutical products.
Excellent data analysis, understanding, and interpretation.
Good knowledge in DOE and other process excellence tools
Relevant laboratory skills, writing skills, and computer skills.
Good leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Project management skills is preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Education and Experiences
bachelor's degree or above in Bioengineering, chemical engineering, and other related engineering majors, master's degree is preferred.
At least 7 to 10 years of R & D experience in biopharmaceutical related industries.
