As a member of our global recruiting team, the Senior Analyst, Global Talent Intelligence (TI) will partner with TA Leadership, business leaders, Human Resources leadership, and recruiting professionals around the globe in producing a new portfolio of talent analytics products and services. This person will be essential in driving the overall TI strategy and enable the business as whole to make important talent decisions based on insights generated through research & data.

Reporting directly to a Squad Lead / Manager / Senior Manager, the Senior Analyst will:

  • Combine quantitative and qualitative research skills in coming up with outstanding research insights that can be used in driving future state research innovations in the field of talent market intelligence
  • Utilize data storytelling in translating complex talent data into compelling talent stories with the goal of producing actionable insights
  • Support the wider Global Talent Building & Talent Intelligence (TB&I) Team in applying expertise in quantitative & qualitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data, and in the identification of trends and opportunities
  • Use internal and external digital resources in data mining, data scrubbing, data manipulation, which should contribute to the overall quality of various research output
  • Own complex research projects which may require various customizations for business needs
  • Lead intake discussions in determining types of output or data points that can be provided depending on the business needs
  • Support identification, piloting, and the usage of industry leading technologies and tools to support all key products/services across the Global Talent Intelligence portfolio

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a STEM or related discipline (e.g. statistics, operations research, computer science, mathematics)
  • at least 5 years of experience in dynamic analytics and research (market research / competitor intelligence / market intelligence) in a highly collaborative environment
  • Must be able to conduct complex data analysis and/or data visualization using MS Excel or any other database management or data visualization tools
  • Experience in dealing with, negotiating with, and influencing of senior-level partners is preferred, but not required
