Job Description
-      Good at the order management , e.g. order entry/follow up and support administration affairs.
-      Collaborate with BUs for customer requreiemnts and company internal process
-      Develop strong relationships with customes  and administrative personnel
-      Handle Customer Requirements and Complaints
-      Documentation management.
-      Hands-on experience with ERP systems, such as SAP

-        University graduate or college graduate majoring in business administration
-        At least with 2 years experience in customer service function; work independently and willing
         to take challenge
-        Good command of English
-        Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-        Detailed & result Oriented
-        Competent computer literacy, word, Excel and power point
-        Team- work spirit
