Procurement Project Assistant

Location: Prague

Contract: Full-time, limited contract till 11/30/2020

Who are we looking for?

Do you consider yourself as a proactive problem-solver and do you enjoy working in Excel? Are you curious about the Request to Pay processes? In this position you will be simultaneously working on two projects in our Procurement department.

Your Responsibilities & Your Impact:
  • Managing the purchase order process, following aged items on mismatches and opening purchase orders
  • Receiving, analyzing, and resolving procurement process reports and disputes
  • Communicating correct solutions to the end users
  • Analyzing the result and documenting the best practices
  • Implementing communication plans, change management frameworks, and supporting change management integration activities
  • Tracking project plan and taking needed action based on the instructions provided
  • Preparing purchase orders for the timely and economical purchase of goods and services with regard for quality and delivery.
  • Troubleshooting minor discrepancies pertaining to purchase orders, requisitions, supplier deliveries, prices and quality

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Any kind of experience as a project member
  • Fluent in English; German as an additional language will be an advantage
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to build strong business partnership
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
