Effectively manage Monitoring Insights Manager, including but not limited to: goal setting, development planning, career coaching, performance management and Workday
As a member of the Monitoring Insights team, contribute to the strategic direction and planning.  Operationalize the strategy through the development and execution of workplans for area of responsibility to deliver data driven insights in support of risk mitigation activities. Including targeted flexible deep dive monitoring activities to understand processes, controls, risks and drive improvements thereby mitigating risk.  Ensure all findings discovered during monitoring are appropriately documented, investigated, corrected and if applicable escalated.
Partner with the Monitoring Insights Team members to identify, develop and implement solutions that enhance our HCC monitoring program and ensure global leveraging and alignment
Ensure the HCC monitoring planning process is deployed within region of responsibility.   Use data driven insights to inform monitoring plan risk areas/activities.  Monitoring process oversight and review of activities/outputs/outcomes analytics for themes and insights to inform other HCC activities, including Business planning, testing, and risk identification.  Ongoing monitoring process continuous improvement activities.
Partner with Regional HCC Leaders, HCCOs, TPI Compliance Leaderships and other relevant functional area leadership to ensure insights generated through analytics are applied to business knowledge and translated into actionable plans/outputs within an organization
Partner with Regional HCCOs and other functional areas leadership to obtain relevant data in support of monitoring plan.   Provide information related to the risks being addresses and questions to answer to DSRM Data Analysts and Scientist enabling effective analytics and visualizations


Qualifications
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of business experience in Pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical industry, or health care, with at least 3-5 years experience monitoring and utlization of data analytics outputs to extract meaningful and actionable insights 
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in HCC or other related Regulatory Compliance Function
• Excellent Project Management skills are required and candidates must be selfstarters and be able to demonstrate experiences in prioritizing needs and implementing plans and process enhancements
• Requires strong collaboration and change management skills
• Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience is preferred
• Organizational skills, and analytical skills
• Proven track record in delivering results and ability to manage complexity 
• Deals well with ambiguity and new areas 
• Demonstrates strong organizational, process and interpersonal skills.  
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills are required, limited interaction with Senior Executives 
• Must have the ability to successfully manage multiple critical /complex issues and projects 
• Knowledge of relevant HCC systems used globally and/or regionally (e.g. Totality, iConnect, HCC Life, HighBond, EPiC) is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required 
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate and implement process improvements for regional, cross sector initiatives is preferred
