Recruitment & Onboarding Administration Supervisor

Location: Prague

Contract: full-time, unlimited

The Recruitment and Onboarding Administration Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of Recruitment & Onboarding Specialists for assigned countries. The team provides administrative support with onboarding process of new J&J employees in EMEA region. This includes e.g. contract creation, documents collection, creation of company profile for employees and coordination of whole process with the new joiners, Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.  

Your Responsibilities & Your Impact:

  • Manage and supervise Onboarding Administration operational activities (contract creation, ID creation, payroll communication, etc.) and End to End case management
  • Complex case and escalations handling
  • Identify areas for improvement on daily operational processes and provide support to implement these initiatives
  • Responsibility for achievement of the service level agreements and business performance goals
  • Leadership of the improvement projects
  • Reporting teams’ results, utilization of matrixes and dashboards
  • General stakeholder management in assigned clusters
  • Collaboration with other teams to achieve seamless delivery
  • Mentor and provide leadership development to team members
  • Lead and contribute to scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve performance and promote continuous learning


  • At least 2 years progressive experience in HR administrative activities
  • Strong management skills; able to operate as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences
  • Basic understanding of business, financial and organizational factors in relation to HR activities
  • Proficiency in English, German or other extra languages are plus, but not a must
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Project management skills are advantage
  • Strong sense of ownership and solution driven personality
  • Positive-minded, collaborative interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
  • Stress resistance
  • Technologically savvy
