Job Description

- 与关键客户,建立长期战略合作伙伴关系,提升医院准入能力,提高患者治疗的可及性;
- 建立与所负责区域关键客户沟通的平台,合规地传递公司和产品价值,推动公司产品在重点医疗机构的准入并保障安全运营;
- 建立高效的内部跨部门沟通和合作机制,驱动业务机会和策略的实现;
- 实施战略项目,发展和巩固与关键客户的战略合作伙伴关系,实现双赢;
- 所负责区域危机事件的管理。
- Establish a long-term, strategic partnership with key accounts, including key medical institutions, industrial associations, and academies, and further enhance our access ability to hospitals and improve accessibility of patients to innovative & high-quality products;
- Build the platform for communication with key clients and compliantly convey XJP and XJP products’ values, to drive the access and secure operation of XJP products in key medical institutions;
- Build highly-effective internal communication and collaboration mechanism to drive business opportunity and achieve business strategy;
- Implement key account strategic programs, develop and strengthen strategic partnership with the key accounts in order to achieve win-win results;
- Crisis Management within the region.

- 至少8年医药行业销售或市场工作经验;
- 具有大型外资制药企业关键客户管理经验者和/或3年以上销售管理经验者或优先考虑;
- 对医疗改革的趋势和市场准入环境变化具有高度的敏感性,学习和分析能力强;
- 优秀的人际沟通能力、影响力及项目管理能力;
- 具备业务敏锐度及解决复杂事务的能力;
- 态度积极、主动,结果导向;
- 乐于接受挑战并承担压力。
- Bachelor’s degree above, Medical/pharmacy background preferred;
- Minimum 8 years experiences in Sales/MKT of pharmaceutical industry;
- Key Account Management experience and/or above 3 years Sales Management experience in MNC is a plus;
- Sensitive to the trend of medical reform and access environment, strong learning & analysis ability;
- Strong interpersonal, influential skills and program management skills;
- Have business acumen and the ability to manage complexities;
- Be positive, proactive and result-oriented;
- Be ready to accept challenge and pressure.
