Drive category growth by formulating category growth drivers, brand strategies and strong execution plan, including portfolio management, new product launches, and end to end communication. Monitor implementation to drive both share and sales of assigned category.

Lead the identification of category growth drivers, translate insights into meaningful campaign plan & executions
Lead Innovation end to end process, including opportunity identification, market validation, artwork development and implementation of “perfect punch” to the market. Also conduct post-launch reviews as appropriate
Own brand pricing strategy
A&P management and marketing fund ROI
Manage campaign planning & execution, including new idea initiation and adaptation. Develop/ Adapt integrated marketing communications. Require skills about agency management, quality control, performance monitoring and review
Follow company policies & procedures as well as all compliance requirements

Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 6 years’ brand/ product management experience with proven track record. Experience in FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care industry is a bonus.
Education & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
Impactful communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese (verbal & written)
