Job Description


JOB PURPOSE

  • Drive category growth by formulating category growth drivers, brand strategies and strong execution plan, including portfolio management, new product launches, and end to end communication.  Monitor implementation to drive both share and sales of assigned category.

 

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Internal and external contacts:               

  • Internal: Finance, Customer Development, Channel Marketing, Professional Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurances, etc.

  • External: Media & Digital Agencies

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Lead the identification of category growth drivers, translate insights into meaningful campaign plan & executions

  • Lead Innovation end to end process, including opportunity identification, market validation, artwork development and implementation of “perfect punch” to the market.  Also conduct post-launch reviews as appropriate

  • Own brand pricing strategy

  • A&P management and marketing fund ROI

  • Manage campaign planning & execution, including new idea initiation and adaptation.  Develop/ Adapt integrated marketing communications.  Require skills about agency management, quality control, performance monitoring and review

  • Follow company policies & procedures as well as all compliance requirements

  • Key Deliverables: Consumption/ offtake, Sales, Brand GP, MKT Spend & Investment Efficiency, and Brand Equity

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 6 years’ brand/ product management experience with proven track record.  Experience in FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care industry is a bonus.

  • Education & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent

 

Language Requirements

  • Impactful communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese (verbal & written)
