Purpose of the Job
• Drive corporate process excellence efforts to enhance internal users experience on business processes
• Strengthen JJMC business process efficiency and cultivate JJMC process improvement capability

Responsibilities of the Job

Primary Responsibilities

Corporate-level (JJMC) Process Improvement:
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively capture business needs on process improvement and drive corporate efforts to address the needs
o Extract critical insights for user experience on key business processes by conducting interviews/FGDs and rigorous analysis on root causes
o Evaluate and enable the charter of improvement initiatives to address emerging challenges
o Help to build up enterprise capability to identify new opportunity on process excellence, e.g. new process/platform set-up, business process data management etc.
• Improvement Deployment: Lead the governance of process improvement execution; ensure the final delivery on time
o Deployment planning: design project implementation plans with clearly defined project goals
o Execution governance: manage projects execution tracking and milestones review
• Process Performance Tracking: Govern portfolio of corporate top processes and evaluate process performance driven by data
o Process dashboard: develop effective tracking dashboard to illustrate the performance of top processes
o Performance monitor: regular track the indicators and conduct performance analysis

Talent Management and Development:
• Coach and develop junior members of CD&BT, on project-basis and/or as direct reports

Qualification Requirements

Educational Background • Bachelor’s Degree at least
Relevant Working Experience • Minimum 6 years’ experience in project management required; corporate role a plus
o Process improvement, operation excellence, change management, transformation management experience in consulting firms or Fortune 500 company (healthcare industry preferred)
• 6-Sigma/Lean Black Belt and above is a plus
Competency Analytics and Change Management Skills:
• Exceptional customers centric and problem-solving, with excellent ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
• Outstanding analytical skills; e.g., developing project proposal, building data analysis models
• Independent delivery of high-quality project outputs
Leadership Skills:
• Exceptional leadership to drive solution development and project execution, with ability to navigate complex contexts
• Strong connecting and influence skills across business units and function departments, esp. for senior managements
• Strong team mentality with collaborative mindset
PC Skills Professional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Language Skills • Fluent Business English, with outstanding business writing skills
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese to communicate within China offices
