Purpose of the Job
• Act as “think tank” for senior management
• Support development and achievement of long-term company strategic objectives
 Analyze and monitor healthcare and medical device industry trends
 Identify growth opportunities and key business issues
 Devise enterprise and business growth agenda
 Advise strategy and champion implementation

Scope of Responsibilities
• Analyze market and environmental trends to identify emerging business opportunities
• Support development of frameworks for business reviews, planning, and strategy formulation
• Assist BU leadership to devise commercial strategies & go-to-market models
• Participate in development of internal management systems and business models
• Facilitate cross-functional task forces to drive implementation of strategic projects
• Act as Project Management Office (PMO) to govern strategic projects portfolio; champion project planning of strategic initiatives

Qualification Requirements

Educational Background • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
• Overseas education a plus
Relevant Working Experience • 1-2 year work experience, preferably with strategy consulting experience at global consulting brand [McK, Bain, BCG, LEK, Monitor-Deloitte, PwC-Strategy& (former Booz & Co.), AT Kearny, etc.]
Competency Strategy & Analytics Skills:
• Strong strategic thinking, logical thinking and problem-solving, with excellent ability to identify business opportunities and solutions to business issues, and articulate multiple elements into whole perspective
• Outstanding analytical skills; e.g., conducting primary and secondary researches for insight generation, understanding external environment and key trends, developing quantitative models for analytics and insight, understanding and synthesizing management perspectives
• Delivery of high-quality project outputs with minimal supervision
Leadership Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and highly motivated; strong follow-through to coordinate cross-functional project planning and implementation, with ability to understand organizational contexts for change management
• Strong communication skills across business units and function departments, attaining endorsement and support on collaboration
• Solid team mentality with collaborative mindset
PC Skills Professional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Language Skills • Fluent Business English, with outstanding business writing skills
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese to communicate within China offices
