Due to an internal promotion, a very exciting role is now available for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Vision Care team. As part of your role you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all Supply Chain operations in Australia and New Zealand for Vision Care. You will be responsible for Inventory Planning, Customer Service and Distribution. This will include Management but not limited to demand and supply planning, inventory planning, order management, in-bound management, warehousing, transportation and distribution.

As a key business partnering role, you will work with key commercial stakeholders to ensure forecast accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of planning is achieved. You will deliver excellence in the performance of demand and supply planning for the relevant business unit and to meet relevant Supply Chain metrics. A key priority will be to drive change as we embark on the development of a robust ANZ planning strategy that aligns with local, regional and global objectives. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Ultimo offices.

We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Supply Chain professional who is keen to take on a challenge. You will possess a strong track record in Supply Chain Operations within a complex global organization. With experience across multiple functions within supply chain (supply & demand planning, warehousing & logistics), your area of specialty will be Supply & Demand Planning, Forecasting and Inventory Planning. Other key requirements include:
  • Solid experience in Supply Chain/Quality Compliance/Customer Service.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and lead change.
  • Strong strategic thinking capability.
  • Ability to contribute as a member of a team providing leadership on supply chain matters.
  • Innovative mindset / curiosity and ability to think laterally to leverage opportunities and problem solve.
  • A self-starter with a willingness to take ownership and a commitment to absolute performance and growth.
