Scope of the role and key measures：
Working in close collaboration with the Regional and Country Janssen Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs stakeholders, the RCL Janssen Agencies, Prof Ed & Access will provide Procurement leadership to marketing, medical education, healthcare communication services and market access & affordability for Janssen Asia Pacific.
This role will be responsible for building strong connections with the regional senior business partners and translate their business requirement into globally aligned strategies that will enable business growth, through spend and category management, supplier management and innovation. This role will also plan and direct activities that ensure de-risking, but also build J&J reputation and equity. Finally, this role will also support or lead any Janssen specific strategic initiatives that meet the business imperatives.
This role will provide leadership to a community of country procurement resources across Asia Pacific to bring category strategies to life in the markets and enabling the achievement of Janssen company goals and objectives. As such, it will support the Senior Regional Director, Janssen Procurement in communications with regional stakeholders and in driving the Janssen business agenda with regional and country procurement.

The position will be measured primarily on:

• Compliance to worldwide, regional and local polices e.g., Policy of Business Conduct, Healthcare Compliance, SOX, etc.
A Bachelor’s degree is required. A focused degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is preferred. An MBA or CPM Certification is preferred
Professional Experience / Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of general business experience is required, ideally in the pharmaceutical business. At least 3 years of experience in a Healthcare Marketing / Agency / Digital / Marketing Procurement role is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience of business results in a matrix environment and / or with multiple companies.
- Entrepreneurial and global mindset is required. Asia Pacific regional experience is an asset.
- Project management and contract negotiation skills.
