Talent Mobility Specialist

Location: Prague

Full-time, unlimited contract


Your responsibilities & Your Impact:
  • Liaising with Global Services to ensure the successful completion of employees HR record transfer, processing notification of benefits enrollment to 3rd party vendor, managing other Talent Mobility related transactions
  • Providing proactive support to help managers navigate moving talent across the organization
  • Ensuring timely resolution of inquiries or concerns from employees, internal process partners (BUHR, TA, GS), People Leaders and external vendor partners
  • Analyzing data to recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Attending weekly meeting with regional relocation vendor to review cases/start dates, providing guidance to relocation vendor on start date process/questions
  • Supporting key global Talent Mobility projects and deliverables as determined by Talent Mobility Operations Leadership

Qualifications
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
  • A minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in HR, Shared Services, Customer Service and/or Mobility
  • Proficiency with all office technology (MS Word, Excel, PPT etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HR systems: SAP, Salesforce, JJEDS, WorkDay
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a global environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage issue resolution
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrating flexibility and acts as a team player
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels within the global organization
