The DELIVER organization strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing functions such as distribution, customer service, logistics, and transportation across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

DELIVER supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products, and DELIVER AP manages a complex network of Distribution centers (DCs) and Customer Service centers across Asia-Pacific supporting multiple distribution channels to J&J’s broad range of customers. Since 2013, DELIVER has undertaken a complete review of its network and consolidated its footprint while driving best-in-class distribution operations, leveraging a third-party logistics sourcing base.

  • Build operational excellence mindset across the organization
  • Drive operational productivity, efficiency, and cost improvement through KPI governance, process change, Lean, Six Sigma etc
  • Ensure core order fulfillment processes are built into JJOS methodology; leverage enterprise resources to accelerate process hot spots and address critical business risk;
  • Develop and implement JJOS regional roadmap and business process standards


  • Direct management of the Business Excellence team (including performance management, career development planning)
  • Provide oversight of Process Excellence activities and initiatives to establish streamlining strategies for operational processes, and design programs to continuously drive and improve performance on various operational parameters (e.g., KPIs, metrics, etc.)
  • Coach projects using Lean methodology
  • Strengthen JJOS regional capability and conduct JJOS assessments throughout J&J owned and 3PL operations as a key source of continuous improvement and reliability
  • Develop and deploy Warehouse Transition project governance and playbooks
  • Improving lean management system, methodologies and capabilities

  • University degree (BA or BS) or equivalent, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in several Deliver/Supply Chain/Customer Service roles
  • Experience or deep understanding of the various aspects of Deliver (Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service,) and Supply Chain excellence standards.
  • Strong experience/understanding of process design, standards definition and implementation
  • Strong Customer orientation and pro-active attitude
  • Experience working in an international function and matrix environment
  • Experience in building best practices in Operations efficiency
  • Expertise in process design and standards definition
  • Experience in Project Management (Lean-6Sigma, PIM, Prince2,
  • Proven track record of developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission
  • Ability to promote a vision and drive change to transform organizations via strong engagement/communication
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate through influence and credibility
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus
  • Experience leading project management organizations and driving significant system deployment engagements
  • Experience and success building best-in-class organizations (e.g., building standards, designing processes)
  • Presence and persistence to face off with and be a challenge partner to business leaders throughout regional Deliver
