Job Description

Responsible for overall product sales and marketing activities of Biosense Webster (BW) in Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Connect and engage with global strategic marketing (GSM), other global stakeholders, local marketing leaders and product managers to establish business and product strategies, maximize new product introduction (NPI) through Launch Excellence (LEX) framework and robust communication strategies.


1. Business and financial result

  • Deliver overall business plan through supporting clusters

  • Provide business insights through timely report

  • Address key business risks and operation issues to find solutions through collaboration

2. Business and strategic planning

  • Support marketing director for annual planning cycle through connecting with regional finance and local marketing team

3. Launch excellence

  • Lead development and implementation of regional NPL plans with Launch Excellence (LEX) framework to streamline and maximize NPls in the region

  • Connect clusters with GSM for flawless NPI and make sure resource allocation

4. Product and portfolio management

  • Support clusters for existing product inquiries, order process and module licenses

  • Manage product changes

5. Marketing Communication

  • Planning and execution of external communication through major congress and regional and local customer event collaborating with cluster marketing teams

6. Accelerate Regional collaboration

  • Enhance timely internal communication within the region

  • Share best practices among countries

  • Institutionalize regional collaboration schemes
