As a result of growth, we are now seeking an expert Digital Brand Manager to join our very fun, close-knit and agile Vision Care team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role will have responsibility for the development of the local digital marketing strategy across various digital channels including web, CRM, social, influencer, precision, programmatic and more. This is a full-time, permanent role, based at our Ultimo offices. 

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Launch and lead a new Consumer and Retailer facing CRM Platform
  • Develop Consumer offer design & sell-in materials for sales team to recruit Eye Care Professionals onto the program and ensure in-store execution excellence
  • Deliver best-in-class analytics capability to internal and external stakeholders via regular reporting. Be a thought leader in the area of CRM and analytics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional task team and lead peers to optimize CRM campaigns and ensure timely deliverables
  • Develop & execute the Digital Strategy across SEO, digital media, social media and CRM
  • Develop local and adapt regional digital marketing assets
  • Manage external media agency relationship ensuring deliverables and KPIs are set and achieved on time and on budget
  • Budget & Forecast Management - own digital spend & loyalty payout analysis

Be Valued for who you are

This role involves extensive liaison with leaders and key stakeholders with the skills and experience included below -
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience with developing CRM programs (advantageous)
  • Solid understanding of approaches to consumer recruitment, retention and loyalty programs building and tracking
  • Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups
  • A growth mindset with a curiosity to try new ideas with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
